UCSF Medication Management Service-Fresno delivering medication help to the Central Valley community
The UCSF Medication Management Service-Fresno helps Central Valley health care providers optimally select their patients’ medications and helps patients increase their ability to access and manage their medications.

The service is run by clinical pharmacists who are faculty members in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, School of Pharmacy, University of California, San Francisco.

We work with our health care colleagues in the Central Valley—physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physician assistants—to better meet the medication needs of Fresno’s patients.

Our services are designed for patients of all income levels.

The UCSF Medication Management Service-Fresno provides:
  • Medication therapy management consultations to patients
  • Medication adherence assistance to patients
  • Medication access assistance to patients.
